Peapod - Worst Ever! Getting Really Bad!
Was up at 5 a.m. to "wait for my delivery food" which was scheduled between 7-10.
Nothing...at 11:00 went into my email and it stated that my order was delivered. Called the company about the order...was on the phone for over an hr...operator told me it was an "unsupervised order" which meant they just leave the bags...told her it was NOT...
me that the driver was "new" and for me (a 70 yr old on crutches) to go around to my back to see if pkgs were there...like an idiot I went around..no pkgs...she basically called me a liar because the driver said he left them there...I am in the process of speaking to a supervisor...they were not going to refund my money (really?????) and they offered me $5. for my trouble....what an *** of a company and getting worse...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
