2 times Peapod canceled delivery on us. first they said they had the wrong address (they deliver here everyday multiple times ) they sent an email the night before cancelling it at 10pm for a morning delivery .Then tried to charge a $50 fee !!!!

they never called delivery number , they never went in building or asked where to deliver -the truck was never at the building, we were there waiting all morning. They did not resolve this issue. They RUINED 2 events/meetings this week because we had no food to feed students.

they said they will come tomorrow we shall see. Awful customer service -awful drivers-awful company
